As we decided in Rio our next annual Conference will take place in Siberia, in Irkutsk, on the Lake Baikal. Irkutsk is the capital of Eastern Siberia and there are numerous literary, historical and art museums. The dates for the Conference – July 26-31, 2014. The administration of Irkutsk and Minnistry of Culture of Russia will cover the expenses for the hotel, meals, transportation (in Irkutsk) and cultural programme. The registration fee will be 250 euro. We will negotiate the group discount on the route Moscow-Irkutsk-Moscow and will let you know.

Please inform me as soon as possible about your participation in the Conference as the Irkutsk administration need this information for the Conference budget and booking the hotels and buses.
